Last Day Before Break

Everyone's excited,

Chamber choir's singing,

No class work to be done,

So laughter is ringing.

People dressed in red and green,

And blue and yellow too.

Representing the festivity

That's felt inside me and you.

Last minute wrapping

With ribbons and bows,

Staying up till midnight

Just to finish those.

We know what tomorrow brings,

A happy sigh we heave

To know that today is

Christmas Eve-eve.
